How to Get to Aurora
There are several ways of getting to Aurora. If you're in the NYC area, we'll be arranging a bus that will leave Friday mid-morning from NYC and leave Sunday from the venue. We'll ask for headcount later!
You can also drive yourself, the venue has free parking. Aurora, NY is about a 4.5 hour drive from NYC.
If you're coming from outside of New York, there are airports in Syracuse (SYR - 60 min to venue), Rochester (ROC - 80 min to venue), and Ithaca (ITH - 30 min to venue). If you're flying into an airport, we can connect you with others to share a rideshare or cab.
If you are in the Northeast, there are also a number of buses that go to Ithaca.
Accommodations
We have reserved rooms for everyone in Aurora within walking distance (<5 min), so no need to book anything right now. We'll update here with booking instructions by early March. Please let us know if you have any special requirements or questions about accommodations!
